Partner with industry experts in our Operations and Engineer team, who are responsible for constructing our fibre networking, connecting our customers’ to our network and testing the services that we deliver to ensure they’re are setup correctly.

Be guided every step of the way with our network of thinkers and doers who will introduce you to the different aspects of building, maintenance and delivery customer service on Colt’s Fibre Network.

  • Solving fault repair activities
  • Planning the changes and re-routes of our fibre network routes
  • Planning of fibre services on Colt’s fibre network

 

What do we look for?

You must be fluent in English and Dutch with an education level MBO in a technical area related to this role. We thrive on your ambition, curiosity to learn and drive to develop, so we want to see your business minded abilities and customer-orientated thinking. Other qualities we like to see:

  • Conducting site visits based on Customer requests and supplying your knowledge for any questions they may have
  • Collaborating with Senior Colt Engineers to execute complex installations
  • Managing the preparation, scheduling and execution of tasks within your team
  • Installing and testing OLO orders
  • Preparing work packages for Field engineers

 

What do we look for?

You must be fluent in English and Dutch with a full driving license.

As our team is a located in more than 30 countries, you must be capable of adapting your communication between different cultures and effectively communicate technical issues by phone and email. We want to see your drive to provide high-quality work and your ability to perform under pressure.

Nordics OLO Technician - Stockholm

We’re a known innovator, and we want you to join us to provide a network that our customers can easily use and enable them to do more. Be responsible for the functioning of Colt’s day-to-day business through order tracking, delivery coordination and maintenance of customer data.

To deliver extraordinary connections with genuine care, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that customer promise times are met within set timescales. Working in our global team, you’ll be supporting across the construction of our fibre network, connecting our customer’s buildings to the network and ensuring the service is set-up correctly before it’s handed to customers.

Here is what else you’ll be trusted with:

  • Supporting us with meeting our monthly revenue targets for the Nordics
  • Performing root cause analysis
  • Supporting in customer, internal and third-party meetings
  • Checking and confirming that all technical elements and the required resources are correct, to ensure the smooth delivery of customer and internal orders

Online assessment

We’ll invite you to complete our online assessment, where you’ll be tested for your grit and determination, willingness to embrace a digital reality and the ability to apply creativity and knowledge to solve various problems – all to give you an insight into life at Colt!

Assessment centre

If successful, you’ll have the opportunity to attend our virtual assessment centre.

Offer

If successful at our assessment centre, we’ll then reach out to you with an official offer, and your journey at Colt will begin!
