What you’ll be doing:

Working in our Strategic Alliances team, you’ll be responsible for understanding our customers and building great relationships with them. Commercial Graduate – Proposals

Join our Commercial Graduate Programme as a Proposals Specialist, and you’ll be working with stakeholders across Colt on a daily basis to bring together information required to deliver the best proposals for our customers. Over the course of 2 years, you’ll quickly learn about the structure of our business, our key products, markets, strategies, and challenges we face and how we address these, whilst building your own professional and communications skills.

At the end of the programme, you’ll become a permanent employee within our Commercial function.

What you’ll be doing:

Working in our Bid Management team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Senior Bid Managers with customer proposal developments, whilst learning to develop the skills you need to lead proposals independently. You’ll be working with teams throughout our business to deliver these proposals, and will quickly expand your knowledge of how we operate.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Reviewing, maintaining and updating standard bid content and online resources
  • Developing internal Colt network, process and product understanding

What you’ll be doing:

Working in our Bid Management team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Senior Bid Managers with customer proposal developments, whilst learning to develop the skills you need to lead proposals independently. You’ll also be responsible for:

If successful, you’ll have the opportunity to attend our virtual assessment centre.
