Join our rotational Commercial Graduate Programme as a Junior Customer Success Consultant, and you’ll be ensuring our largest enterprise clients achieve their objectives through strategic solutions. By fostering long-term relationships, you’ll navigate through sophisticated customer political landscapes and position us as a trusted partner at all levels of the account.
Working in our Sales, Marketing & Customer Relationship Management function, you’ll be responsible for understanding our customers and building great relationships with them. You’ll use your knowledge of our products to identify areas of growth, and collect and analyse data to make sure you’re proposing the best possible solutions for each of our customers.
You must have a Bachelors university degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Technology/Engineering, and a genuine enthusiasm for building relationships and driving business growth. You should also be self-motivated, leading by example, taking initiative, and driven to succeed.
Join our Commercial Graduate Programme as a Financial & Professional Services Junior Account Manager, and you’ll be working with potential New Logo customers, managing a portfolio of prospects. Working in our Enterprise Sales function, you’ll be responsible for identifying and closing deals with new customers within the Financial and Professional Services sector. Working in our Bid Management team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our Senior Bid Managers with customer proposal developments, whilst learning to develop the skills you need to lead proposals independently. You’ll be working with teams throughout our business to deliver these proposals, and will quickly expand your knowledge of how we operate.

Join our Project Management Graduate Programme as a Project Management Coordinator, and you’ll be part of the team who build, manage and protect the technology, systems and processes that keep Colt running. You’ll be joining a team with the best industry expertise and knowledge, and will cover a wide range of areas on the programme – from working with our security strategy to driving process transformation.
Working in our Digital & Information team, you’ll play a key role in managing large-scale transformation projects which help make all our teams more effective and efficient, ensuring that all key project documentation is developed, maintained and stored as per guidelines. You’ll be responsible for managing financial and project progress forecasting, maintaining and keeping track of SOW resources, and producing progress reports.
You must have a Bachelors university degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Telecom/Cybersecurity/Network Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. You should also be great with numbers, able to operate in ways that either enhance revenue or contain costs, and you should have some knowledge of project management methodologies including waterfall and Agile (e.g. Safe, Scrum, Extreme Programming, etc.).
